Promote an offer on Facebook & Instagram
Last updated August 31, 2026
Run ads that send people straight to one offering page. Best for a specific service, course, or adult education program where the ad and landing page should match.
Connect your Facebook & Instagram Accounts
Before you can run ads, connect your business assets so Sovoli can publish and track them on your behalf.
Open Settings → Integrations → Meta:
- Click Connect Meta and sign in with the admin of your Facebook Business Manager.
- Select the Business Manager you want to link. Sovoli creates a secure on-behalf-of (OBO) relationship with it.
- Choose the assets to grant:
- Facebook Page(s) you want to advertise from
- Instagram account(s) linked to those pages
- Ad account(s) to bill from (or let Sovoli create one)
- Sovoli shares its partner pixel into your Business Manager so conversions (leads, applications, purchases) are tracked back to your ads.
- Confirm the connection shows as Connected (your Business Manager can see the shared pixel).
Connecting is a one-time step. Revisit Settings → Integrations → Meta any time to manage pages, Instagram accounts, and ad accounts.
Promote an offer on Meta
Open Marketing → Promotions and create a new promotion. The editor walks through the steps below.
Select your offering
Pick the program, service, or offer you want to advertise. Offer promotions are built around one offering, so add it first if you have not already.
The selected offering becomes the subject of your ad and the landing page people reach when they click — they go straight to that offer, not your main page.
Setup your creatives
Define what people will see:
- Images / media — upload the visuals for the ad. Facebook and Instagram previews update live as you build.
- Primary text — the body copy shown above the ad.
- Headline — the short bold line attached to the creative.
You can use AI-assisted copy and creative generation, then refine. A creative marked Ready has the minimum assets needed to publish.
Choose which channels to advertise on: Facebook, Instagram, or both.
Setup your budget
Set your Budget & Schedule:
- Start / End dates — when the campaign runs.
- Daily budget (USD) — amount spent per day.
- Estimated total — daily budget × number of days, shown for reference.
The promotion also shows your Optimization Goal (for example, Lead, Submit Application, or Purchase) with Tracking on, confirming the shared pixel is measuring results.
Review and Monitor
- Open Review to check the offering, creatives, budget, schedule, and landing page before publishing.
- Click Review (enabled once the promotion is complete) to publish to Meta.
- After publishing, use the View published screen to monitor performance.
For account-level spend across campaigns, open Marketing → Ads → Meta to see your Meta campaign spend.
