Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your personal information or data associated with a connected Meta account. Sovoli is operated by Carbon Technologies Ltd.

Request deletion

Email hi@sovoli.com with the subject Data deletion request. Include:

• The email address or phone number used for your Sovoli account.
• Your business name or Sovoli username, if applicable.
• What you want deleted: your account, specific personal information, or data associated with a Facebook, Instagram or Meta connection.

Do not send passwords, access tokens or identity documents. We may ask you to verify control of your account or authority to act for the business before processing the request.

We will confirm receipt, explain any information needed to process your request, and let you know when it is complete or if any information must be retained.

Disconnect Facebook, Instagram or Meta

A business administrator can open their Sovoli dashboard, go to Settings → Integrations → Meta, and disconnect the integration. This removes the saved connection credential from Sovoli and starts removal of that connection from the conversion-event destination.

Disconnecting does not automatically delete connection metadata or campaign records. To request deletion of this data, email us using the instructions above.

Disconnecting does not pause or delete ads already published to Meta. Manage those ads in Meta Ads Manager. You can also remove Sovoli's access in your Meta business settings or Facebook's Business Integrations settings.

What deletion covers

We review the information covered by your request, including relevant account, profile and connected-account data, and remove it where applicable. We may retain records needed for transactions, security, legal obligations or other purposes described in our Privacy Policy. Deleted information may remain temporarily in backups, logs or recovery systems according to provider retention schedules.

Deleting data from Sovoli does not delete information held independently by Meta or by a school or business you submitted it to. Contact those organizations directly to request deletion of their copies.
