Setup advanced pricing models
Last updated August 28, 2026
Set fees, deposits, and payment splits — control what's paid now versus later, and apply discounts like early-bird offers.
Each offering uses a structured pricing package made of pricing items, discounts, and payment splits.
Pricing items
Every offering has line items such as a registration fee, tuition or program fee, and optional add-ons. Each item has an amount and a billing cycle — one-time, weekly, monthly, or per term — and can be optional or quantity-based. An offering has exactly one main fee, and at most one registration fee (always one-time and required).
Payment splits: paid now vs later
Spread the total across multiple due dates instead of collecting it all upfront. For example, take a deposit now and the balance before the offering starts, or schedule installments after it starts. Each split points to a pricing item and a percentage, and is due:
- now — collected at checkout (registration is always the first split, 100% due now)
- on a specific date
- a set time before the offering starts (days, weeks, months, or years)
- a set time after it starts
Discounts
Apply percentage or fixed-amount discounts, such as an early-bird offer, with a label and message people see at checkout. Discounts can run for a limited window (valid from / valid until) and target specific pricing items or payment methods (card, bank transfer, cash, or terminal).
