What "requests" includes
Internally these are all the same kind of record — an intakeRequest. Externally we name them by what the family is actually doing:
- Application — applying to a school, program, or cohort
- Booking — booking a service or session
- Registration — registering for an event or workshop
- Appointment request — requesting a medical or other appointment
- Service request — requesting a service or support
The same tools — forms, documents, review, and decisions — apply to all of them, so you manage everything from one place.
