Send updates when something changes
Examples:
- Your application is now under review.
- Your appointment has been confirmed.
- Your booking has been rescheduled.
Send reminders
Examples:
- appointment tomorrow
- outstanding document
- payment due
- assessment upcoming
- incomplete submission
Use the terminology of the intake
This is another place where your template architecture matters.
The same automation could conceptually be submission.reminder, but render as:
- School — Complete your application.
- Spa — Complete your booking.
- Medical — Complete your appointment request.
The template supplies the nomenclature.
