Building Shaded Spaces:
Thank You for Your Support

Between November 2025 and January 2026, our community came together to support schools across Jamaica and Guyana following the impact of Hurricane Melissa.

Community-Led Impact

Thanks to your generosity, we successfully provided resources, damage assessments, and infrastructure support to Caribbean schools that needed it most.

A Chapter Concluded

The Hurricane Melissa Relief project has officially been completed and archived. We are no longer accepting new funding requests for this specific initiative.

Our Shared Mission

When Hurricane Melissa swept across the Caribbean, it left behind more than just physical damage; it created an urgent need for stability for our children. Sovoli's "Hurricane Melissa Relief" was launched as a short-term, high-impact project to bridge that gap.

Phase 1: Support

Connecting schools with donors and immediate resources.

Phase 2: Rebuild

Supporting roof repairs, infrastructure, and classroom safety.

Phase 3: Archive

Transitioning to long-term digital tools for school management.
